„Heart disease is frequently caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Fortunately, modern cardiology provides several ways of preventing and treating heart disease.
The first step - a detailed diagnostic investigation - is mandatory. It enables the cardiologist to initiate effective therapeutic measures. This could simply be a change in lifestyle or the intake of medication but also - if necessary- invasive therapy. Modern cardiology provides various treatments for serious cardiovascular disease. I believe the most important thing is to select the right procedure and advise patients appropriately, as well as allay their fears and anxieties by providing accurate information.“
